In Kidulthood the producers choose this particular, unique font for displaying the title of their film. The reason they chose this font is because it is very dynamic and bold which sets the tone for the urban drama genre. Also the colour background is black and the font is white and this is also effective as it is easy to read and really stands out leaving a memorable title in the audiences mind.
